Shipping Policy

 

We currently only ship to the United States. All of our products are federally legal in the United States per the 2018 Farm Bill.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Because these are estimates and not guaranteed, we are not able to offer refunds on shipping for delayed deliveries.

Estimated shipping times are in effect once the package leaves our facility. Our processing times are 1-2 business days. If you order on a weekend, your order will ship the next business day. Note that once a package leaves our facility, we are no longer liable for the time it takes to deliver your package or if the package goes missing or gets damaged in transit. We highly recommend adding Shipping Protection to your order to mitigate these instances.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
