Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us and we’ll make it right at info@steveshemp.com. We’ll ship the correct replacement along with a prepaid return label for the incorrect or defective item. If the incorrect or defective item is not returned, we reserve the right to charge you for the replacement.
